Every applicant who wishes to join us must have a wealth of experience or have great interest in caring for others and undergo a series of checks including; DBS, proof of identity, written professional references, a complete employment history, plus many more.
A bespoke support plan, delivered on a one-to-one basis is a level of personal care that Care Homes cannot compete with. Whilst the costs of Live-in care and Care Homes are comparable, the level of personalised care certainly isn’t.
